Jack B. Gordon has over thirty years of experience arbitrating and litigating partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, accounting disputes, post-divestiture purchase price and indemnification disputes, disputes arising under government contracts, and insurance and reinsurance matters and disputes. He has represented U.S. and foreign corporations and individuals in complex business disputes before courts throughout the United States as well as international and domestic arbitration panels.
Since the mid-1990s, Mr. Gordon has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to insurance and reinsurance matters and disputes. In addition, he has advised policyholders with respect to a variety of coverage issues including under D&O, malpractice and commercial liability policies.
He is recognized by Chambers USA; America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as a leading individual in Insurance: Insurer Firms. He is also recognized by Legal 500 in the area of Litigation-International Arbitration.
