Elizabeth L. Marvin, Associate

Elizabeth Marvin’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation.  She has experience with insurance and international disputes.  Ms. Marvin has represented domestic and foreign clients in both state and federal courts.  

Ms. Marvin currently represents an Argentine client against a major U.S. manufacturer in a breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets action.  She is among a team of attorneys representing a Saudi Arabian client involved in global litigation.  She has successfully assisted non-U.S. Liquidators in obtaining discovery pursuant to both Chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code and 28 U.S.C. § 1782.
