

Bradford Glassman specializes in cross-border securities, corporate, and banking-related litigation, commercial disputes, and financial fraud. He has also counseled clients within government agencies, corporations, and international organizations in internal investigations and has extensive experience in administrative law. Mr. Glassman is experienced in matters of banking regulation and compliance and advises clients in matters concerning U.S. trade sanctions.
Mr. Glassman spent five years with the United States Department of Justice, serving as Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General, Special Assistant to the General Counsel of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, and a litigating attorney with the Civil Division's Office of Immigration Litigation. As Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Glassman advised the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General in some of the Justice Department’s most complex and sensitive matters, including the Elián González matter, terrorism and national security cases, and the Department’s policies concerning immigration and naturalization, classified evidence, asylum, and detention.
